The Fast and The Furious is a refreshing piece of filmmaking that blends action, crime, and racing together to create an entertaining piece of cinematography. While the film has some memorable one-liners and takes the audience on a journey of high octane car races, careful undercover work and the personal journey of Brian O'Connor (Paul Walker), as he attempts to toe the line between investigating crime and becoming part of the racing world and criminal fraternity he was meant to be bring down. While the film does seem a little disorganized in places, overall The Fast and The Furious does bring a fresh perspective to the old action / crime genre and leaves the audience fully entertained.

An enjoyable story, good character development and fresh, enthusiastic acting by the cast makes this a racing film to remember. With some memorable moments and plot twists, this film keeps you guessing to the very end but it is, at times, a hard film to follow. Despite this overall, The Fast and The Furious is a good film and is worth a watch.

The Fast and The Furious is fresh and entertaining film that has a believable storyline, despite some unbelievable car scenes. The storyline is interesting and unique and the actors feed off each other nicely to create a well-rounded film - even if at times it does feel rushed and disjointed (or rather fast and furious).
